What is the recovery really like?+
Plan for 7–10 days of visible healing: redness and swelling the first days, then a sandpapery peel as new skin comes in. Most patients work from home for five to seven days and are presentable in makeup by day seven to ten. We provide a full aftercare kit and check in during the week — you won't be guessing.
Is CO₂ resurfacing safe for my skin tone?+
This is the one treatment on our menu where skin type genuinely gates the plan. Fractional delivery and expert settings extend safety into medium tones, but for deeper Fitzpatrick types (V–VI) we usually recommend Morpheus8 or microneedling instead — similar goals, better risk profile. We'll assess honestly at consultation.
How long do results last?+
Years, with sun protection — the new collagen is genuinely yours, and it doesn't have an expiry date. What ages it is the same thing that caused the damage: UV. Daily SPF is the maintenance plan, and most patients guard this result like an investment, because it is one.
