Traditional fillers add volume from outside. Sculptra works from inside: its biocompatible PLLA microparticles signal your skin to produce new collagen where it's placed. Nothing looks different overnight — then, over six to eight weeks, structure quietly returns: firmer cheeks and temples, softened smile and marionette lines, a better-supported jawline and chin.

Because the volume is your own new collagen, results read as "you, a few years ago" rather than "work done." Most patients complete 2–3 sessions spaced 6–8 weeks apart, and results can last two years or longer.

When will I see results, and how many sessions do I need?+

Expect the first visible change around 6–8 weeks as new collagen forms, with continued improvement for months. Most patients need 2–3 sessions spaced 6–8 weeks apart, tailored to age, collagen loss, and goals at your Brentwood consultation.

What is the downtime and aftercare?+
