Exosomes are microscopic vesicles released by stem cells, envelopes of signaling molecules that tell nearby cells what to do: repair, rebuild collagen and elastin, dial down inflammation. Applied to skin at the right moment, they meaningfully speed and deepen regeneration.

The right moment is usually right after a treatment that opens the skin's channels, which is why we pair exosomes with microneedling, laser resurfacing, and RF treatments. Applied then, they penetrate where they can work, amplifying the result while cutting redness and recovery time.

Do exosomes replace PRP?+
They're teammates more than rivals. PRP is your own growth-factor concentrate; exosomes are lab-derived signals with a broader instruction set, particularly good at calming inflammation. We often layer them — PRP for the rebuild, exosomes to amplify and soothe. Which combination makes sense depends on your skin and budget, and we'll map it at consultation.
Are exosomes worth adding to microneedling?+
If you're investing in a microneedling series, the exosome add-on is one of the few upsells we genuinely endorse: faster healing, less redness, and a measurable boost in the collagen response. If budget forces a choice, we'd rather you do the full series plain than fewer sessions boosted — and we'll tell you that.
Are exosomes safe?+
