Thermage FLX delivers controlled radiofrequency energy into the deeper layers of the skin, heating the collagen scaffolding until your body responds the only way it knows how: by building more. Vibration and integrated cooling keep the 60–90 minute treatment comfortable — no needles, no numbing typically needed, no downtime worth planning around.

Unlike series-based treatments, Thermage is designed as a single session. Some tightening shows early; the real result develops over 2–6 months as new collagen forms, and lasts approximately 1–2 years. It treats mild to moderate laxity on the face, jawline, neck, around the eyes, and select body areas.

Thermage or Morpheus8 — which one do I need?+
Both tighten by building collagen, differently. Thermage is fully non-invasive — no needles, one session, virtually no downtime — ideal for mild to moderate laxity and needle-averse patients. Morpheus8 reaches deeper via microneedling RF over a series, with a stronger effect on more advanced laxity. Your consultation at our Brentwood office settles it honestly.
Does Thermage hurt, and is there downtime?+
The handpiece alternates brief heating with cooling and vibration; most patients find it comfortable without numbing. Temporary redness or minor swelling typically resolves within 24 hours — most patients return to normal activities immediately.
When will I see results, and how long do they last?+
Some initial tightening can show right away, but the real change develops over 2–6 months as collagen rebuilds. Results last approximately 1–2 years, and many patients fold Thermage into an annual maintenance plan.
