The structural injectable

From our thirties on, the deep fat pads of the midface slowly deflate. Cheeks flatten, light stops catching where it used to, and the lower face starts to fold, because it lost its support from above. That's why experienced injectors often treat cheeks before smile lines: restore the support and the folds soften on their own.

We place hyaluronic acid filler (RHA 4 or Voluma, chosen for your tissue) along the cheekbone and midface, in small amounts, exactly where your volume actually was. The result is a rested, subtly lifted look that photographs beautifully and never reads as "work."

Before you book.

Will cheek filler make my face look wider?+

Not when it's placed correctly. Widening comes from filler placed too low or too far forward. We place along the bone where your volume originally lived, which reads as lift and light, not width. This is where injector experience matters most, and it's the first thing we assess in consultation.

How much filler will I need?+

Usually less than patients expect — often one to two syringes across both cheeks to start. We'd rather build over two visits than overfill in one. Your Brentwood consultation includes an honest syringe estimate before anything is booked.

How long does cheek filler last?+

Twelve to eighteen months for most patients — the deeper, more structural fillers are the longest-lasting we place. Most people maintain with a single annual visit.
